Inspiring Spaces
At White Point, you have choices when it comes to venues. In fact, our flexible spaces can accommodate meetings and events for many different shapes and sizes. In addition to more than 6,800 square feet of meeting space inside, we also offer 800 incredible acres outside along the oceanfront, lakeside, and golf course! Our function rooms are professionally equipped with all standard equipment requirements—and that’s just the beginning.
Atlantic Room
The Atlantic Room features a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean with its rolling surf and fresh sea air. This room brings significance to the statement “meeting at the beach” and makes for a dramatic setting, making it our most popular (and inspirational) meeting venue.
The Atlantic Room offers 2974 sq ft of pillar- free space, divisible by three—each having their own windows that open to the fresh ocean air. Built-in bar at one end of the Atlantic Room and in-floor electrical ports enhance the functionality of this captivating space.
Lakeside Lodge
Lakeside Lodge is an exclusive, intimate, and independent location surrounded by nature, just a three-minute walk from the Main Lodge. Lakeside Lodge is the perfect location for private corporate, association, or social gatherings.
The function space can accommodate up to 100 people for a dinner, and is divisible into two smaller, equal size rooms (Drawing Room & Study). Lakeside Lodge features a beachstone, wood-burning fireplace, and the foyer—with its sofas and wing back chairs—can be used for pre-function space or an additional breakout or reception area.
Crow’s Nest
Perched high above on the third floor of the Main Lodge, the Crow’s Nest offers views of both the ocean and our tidal estuary, and a unique “bird’s-eye” view down into the Founder’s Lounge.
The location of the Crow’s Nest on the upper level of the Main Lodge lends itself to smaller meetings and private dinners. Perfect for board meetings, breakout sessions, and private dinners, this quaint and cozy ‘nesting’ area is suitable for groups of up to 30 people.
Lakeside Lawn
The Lakeside Lawn has been carefully created to offer a more private and intimate location for receptions, BBQ Picnics of 20 – 200, and outdoor meetings, paired with spectacular lake and ocean views from Lakeside Lodge. We also have gathering space in some of our larger cottage living rooms—and of course, there’s the great outdoors!
Unique Venue Options
When you are surrounded by nearly 800 acres of coastal beauty, you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to year-round venue options! Our offerings include a breakout or yoga session on the Oceanfront Lawn, Lakeside Lawn or inside with an water view, gathering around an oceanside bonfire (or the new Lakeside Lawn bonfire!) for a lively discussion and star gazing. There’s the Boathouse Deck too! Don’t underestimate the creativity of our team, tell us what you’d like to do and we’ll pair it with the perfect perch here at White Point.
